P.S. Please advice on how to submit passports to VFS Riyadh (Etimad OR Vega).
Any fees, bio-metrics, application form... and yes filling the updated information chart. Thanks.

Guys,

I sent an email to LVO on 17 Sep informing about changes in Employment and acquisition of a new Education Credential. Scanned copies of the supporting documents were enclosed therewith. Today I got the following reply from LVO:

Your documents have been received.

Please send us an updated schedule A form (available on the website) so that this may also be added to the file.

My queries are:

1. Do I need to send the hard copy of Schedule A to LVO through DHL or scanned copy of the signed Schedule A can be sent alone via email? The email from LVO doesnt say much about it!

2. Schedule A IMM 5669 Form on cic website was last updated in Dec 2012. Is that the latest version or has there been revisions I am not known to? If yes, where can I get the latest version?

3. Is VCM a Visa Officer? I strongly doubt it because his/her signature says "Assistant"

In the email they have asked for the current employment letter, immigration form again along with the fees and PCC..

Did anyone get the current employment letter from their company.. Also how did u get it.. What did u ask your hr?

My 4th line was updated on 22nd Sep as below
1. We received your application for permanent residence on December 23, 2014.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on May 7, 2015.
3. We started processing your application on March 31, 2015.
4. We transferred your application to the Colombo office on March 14, 2015. The Colombo office may contact you.

SLU was sometime back in Aug.

Dear congratulations,

Did you submit an employment letter in the initial application last year.
It's the same one, but fresh one stating that you are still working there (same job/position to date).

After a long and arduous wait, I have by the grace of all my Gods, received the Passport request late last night (India time). Thanks, forum members, for all the help, information, encouragement and pep talks during the self made ordeal. I have a question regarding PCC:

Me and my spouse stayed in Philippines in 2010 and got our PCC done immediately after filing the application to CIC. The validity of the PCC is Jan 2016.
Now I have received a request for meds and PCC, so can I go ahead and send this PCC as its still valid.

As read somewhere in this forum, the PCC cannot be more than 3 months old? Is this applicable for all countries or for the country you are from?
I will be applying for a NEW PCC from India Passport website this week
