My application reached at CIC on 20th October for 2173. But still didn't get my application back.

When can I expect it return back due to cap filled? Anybody have any idea?.

Also, I have sent Demand Draft , which will expire in March? what is the process to encash my DD.

I applied for FSWP 2014. My application reached at CIC on 24 Dec, 2014 for NOC 2255. But they didn't response me until now. Kindly guide me how to contact them or reimburse my demand draft.

Received medicals on 2 June..Running a little behind due to a recent accident...can we send the copies of passports and proof of rprf as different attachments each less than 4mb.

First of all get well soon buddy..... Wish you a healthy and quick recovery.....

And about your RPRF and passport photocopies,
send draft of RPRF and hard copies of every page of your current/valid passport in an envelope and courier it to your VO.....
This is the foolproof and safest method...

I am eating pretty low carb. I don't actually count them but I have been avoiding bread and starches. If i had to guess id say i eat no more than 50-75g of carbs a day. Only eating meats and lower carb veggies. I checked with urine strips and I am showing ketones. It isn't a super high level but the strip does change colors to indicate presence. If I inform the doc it shouldn't be a problem, right? That way they know the cause If they see it and don't think it is something else causing it.

Yes, you should inform the doctor.
Overall Ketonuria is not a cause of concern even if they attribute it to hyperglycaemia....
So no worries ;D ;D ;D

we are in the same boat. Mine was received 12/29 under noc 1212 and i sent email. Somebody answered that they cannot see in the database yet my 12/29 application. he requested for a copy of the waybill.courier receipt and I was able to sent it but no reply until now. It's almost a month and no reply yet.

Did you send email to CIO-INquiry?

My ECAS status shows my care of address in which house no. Is 22548,,,but actually house no is 22458 which I filled in my application,, because of care of address I failed to note it in ECAS

I have filled actual house no in my RPRF receipt

Hi,

For your above query, ketonuria, may result from two conditions.

1) Because of Diabetes
or
2) Inadequate intake of glucose (Carbs) where in Body starts metabolizing fat and resultant is excessive ketone bodies in blood and ultimately in Urine.

My suggestions, if you are not diabetic then start taking some good amount of carbohydrates and see the change.

Raise a CSE on to Warsaw VO and let them know the correct House Address. or if you are yet to send the docs to Warsaw then write a letter to them as Case Specific Enquiry and send along with the documents.

This helps as it helped us in correction of my Wife's Family name.

Hi

I am in a limbo totally. My application reached CIC on 5 December and even after 5 months I had no reply. I sent Inquiries to which I got no reply. When I called CIC they told me I was not listed in the computer hence I should wait. After waiting for another 3 weeks I called again and after much chasing I was told (a) I was listed under my maiden name hence earlier agents couldn't locate my name and (b) my file was returned on 2 January as I had not attached the DOB certificate. Which was a lie. Before getting this info I had written to Inquiry to which I got a reply last week that since there are loads of applications I should wait to receive my file number. NOW my concerns are as follows:

1) First they couldn't locate my name and when they did and gave me a UCI number I was told I am listed with my maiden name and NOT the name that I had filled in the Generic form or all other forms. Why this discrepancy?

2) An agent tells me my file has been returned and till date - which means almost 6 months I have still not received my file - the local PO insist they have not received it.

3) I got a reply to my mail sent in April in which I had written CIC can't locate my name/file - to which I got a reply that due to extra work load there could be a delay, hence I should wait. AND they mentioned my UCI also which I had not got at that time. So how come they have the ID but not the status as told by the agent? Do you think there has been a miscommunication?

Need some guidance from seniors in this group please.

Hi bro, I have yet to send email to vo regarding rprf receipt, passport pages, medical information sheet. ... How I should raise this point of incorrect house no to vo...

1. Forward an attachment explaining about error
2 as you mentioned to raise CSE, HOW TO raise it in the same mail.

A quick question regarding police clearance certificate.
How many of clearance certificates do you need for one country. I mean if I've stayed 4 years in one city, 2 Years in one city and 11 years in another city. Do I have to get 3 certificates from all 3 cities or only one (which is the city of my origin) ?
