Does anybody give the details that how points required fr EE in Canada plz clarify whether the offer letter is essential in EE or we can apply without it

Job offer is not required, but will gives u 600 points on your application.
And EE dont have minimum points. U can calculate your score on CIC website according to your language proficiency, work experienc, graduation, etc.

On the last draw, the minimum was around 450 (correct me if I am wrong) But this score flutuates.
Every month they do a draw.

Its not possible. AOR didnt means that your file wasnt transferred.
I suggest to call them again and see what they say (again!)

Well, there are several numbers of agents on call centre and I dont think The same will pick up your call again.
But if I were u, I call them one more time till The answears convince me.
I disturbed CIC a lot before receive PER! Hahaha

Is not possible to track your app coz CIC dont send files through courier, they use snail mail. So it takes more time than usual, can be around 30-60 days.

Normally they ask the principal applicant to show proof of funds on his/her name. Since you're the principal applicant and the fixed deposit is under your husbands'a name, I'm not sure what approach to take.

but withdrawal/deposit history is basically your bank statements (chequing) where you bank often for the past 6 months.

See if you can add your name added to the fixed deposit and show a proof

When the funds are in the name of the spouse who is not a primary applicant then you need to submit a NOC from the spouse stating that you are authorized to use those funds for settlement in Canada. Below is the format. I also had to submit the same. Apologize for a delayed response

I called cic right now and the agent told me that since i did not receive AOR it means that my file has not been transferred yet.. He said that without asking for my application file...

Although last week when i called cic the agent asked for my file number and checked my status and said my file was transferred to paris office..

I am confused now..

Paris is not sending AOR anymore. You should go straight to MR in about 45/60 days from PER.

it has been quite a while from when i received my PER so ... Delhi usually takes time is what I heard.

Maybe they are taking tme coz this is the last round...

Only 45/60 days for MR from PER that is really fast, I am waiting for about 60 days and no AOR from WVO.
