hi, I had applied under NOC 1123 for Canada PR (family of 3: myself, husband and child), my application was received by CIC on 12 December 2014, sent by DHL. I have not received any feedback yet, I checked with the bank and my DD amount is not yet deducted, any idea about he delay?

mode of Payment is DD

But still waiting for PER mail.

I have called yesterday but I didn't reach due to exceptional circumtances

What should I do now.

I received my PER on 30th March, 2015 (application date 29dec, 2014). But in my PER there was nothing written about my VISA office and my ECAS just shows in process, have not been updated yet what i think. So how would i b able to know about my visa office and whether my visa office would let me know about my application acknowledgment????

Further, it would be appreciable if someone can guide me by listing the next steps of this application process and approx duration in between.

You may or may not get AOR as few VO's are not sending AOR...

You can know your VISA Office by calling CIC or else wait for your MR request...

It may take 2.5 months to 4 months from PER date to get your MR (timeline may vary depending on VIsa Office)..

Keep high hopes ! you will get positive communication from CIC...

Call CIC to know your Visa Office.

There might not be any change in the ECAS till the time you receive MR or even till the time you submit your MR.

Next step is waitingggg... for the MR.

Is it a slow VO , When shoudl we expect MR from warsaw?

Hi Durani ,

Sad to say but noc 2172 was capped somewhere in November and CIC has been sending the applications back. Most likely it will be returned to you sooner or later . I suggest you to go for EE as the points are dropping fast and the last cutout was 453.

Hi, I got PER on March 2nd and learned that my file has been transferred to warsaw VO. But i havent recieved my AOR. I had filled out a new updated form that did not have an option to choose VO. I guess thats the reason for it or should i wait for MR directly?

Warsaw usually sends AOR thats what people have been saying til today.
So wait and you might get AOR e-mail soon.

Usually it takes from 60-90 days.

dd has not been encashed yet, and that is what is bothering me.
