I am in same case. Few of us have called and they told us to wait as backlog is huge. So waiting. Also some app do got returned as per concern discussion with CIC but none has received it. There are few cap which are capped out but not all.

A maximum of 25000 complete federal skilledworker applications,without an offer of arranged employment,or a maximum of 1,000 complete federal skilledworker applications per eligible national occupation classification (NOC) code will be considered for processing each year.Your application was received after the maximum of 25000 complete federal skilled applications was reached.
Since you did not provide evidence that you have an arranged employment offer,or evidence that you are a candidate under the phd stream,you do not meet the requirements of the ministerial instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.



So those 30th n 31st December applicants who are waiting for some good news...Dont wait n pray even you receive your original and important documents asap..they have also suggested to go for express entry on second page of rejection letter...

Besides, I can´t see my application status in CIC on line service.

Don't worry your PER will come, Our NOC is a cold one

My sister filed under FSW noc 3142 in december
credit card was charged in 1st week of feb 2015 and UCI number was give in 2 march 2015
and her visa office is New Delhi .... can any one tell me what is the next step after this her status on cic web site says in process how long it will take now when Visa Office send them medicals

I have very same timeline but havent recieved back my docs yet. Now i just need back my documents safely. No more interested in running after an illusion.this was my fourth try for canada in last 6 years and everytime my application back with similar silly reasons.
1. My french was not appropriate in 2008
2. My category was not included in 2010
3. My selection of visa office was not appropriate in 2012
4. overall cap reached in 2014

raise CSE to your VO office about your email, you can also call CIC and they will advise you on what to do

Don't worry. It's normal. Call CIC after 10-15 days to know ur VO
