so the fsw2014 really ends just before 30.12.

29.dec applicants are already getting PER and there are still no confirmed charges for 30./31.dec applicants (without job offer)...

well, it has been a pleasure using this forum and communicating with all you good people,
I am now going to withdraw and wait for my mailman to deliver my application back...

I've applied from India in December under NOC:0311 and my application reached on 29/12/2014.

I did not get my PER yet so called up my bank today to check if my DD got encashed, the bank manager says my DD got expired as its more than 3 months now. DD was issued on 18/12/2014. I spoke to the bank manager about the expiry of the DD at the time of applying for it, then she said its valid for 6 months and now she says RBI changed its rules and valid only for 3 months.

Please let me know from your experiences, will my application gets rejected as they will not be able to encash my DD anymore. Feeling very sad about the situation I'm in now. Kindly suggest me if there anything that we can do to resolve this?

Hi Prasuna, well please don't worry as far as your validity of the draft is concerned if your file has passed the completeness check and all other background checks and everything seems to be in order , but your dd has expired C.I.C will definitely get in touch with you requesting a new valid demand draft , people who have selected credit cards as the mode of payment are tried three times before rejecting an application so rest assure that they will contact you regarding the demand draft. Just pray to god that everything goes well.

How cap fr noc 2172 can be full..really unbeleivable to read ds on various posts as no update aftr 10 dec.. any updates??? Dec noc2172 applicants kindly reply.. mine app date is 19 dec

There are several applicants after 10 dec who got PER. So we should hope for the best.

Its better to call CIC @ (+16139444000 ) and navigate through IVR (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1). It was shared by another member.

It really helped me because thats when I got to know that CIC had sent my PER but didnt receive in my mailbox and they also
resend the mail. She just asked my surname ,nationality and first name. I am sure they will help all the dec applicants ...

International DD's are usually valid for 6 months. and the DD would say "Valid for six months from the date of issue"

-Which bank is this?
-Do you have a scanned copy of the DD, if so, check for validity.
-Next time you speak to the Bank Manager get the contact details for their forex department(for most Indian bank's its in Mumbai) give them a call and enquire about your DD from the forex dept.

RBI rules on the validity of the DD is for 3 months within INDIA, as you have made a forex DD, it is valid for 6 months.....so CHILL

However, my HR told me that I will get my experience letter after 60 business day from my last working day i.e,. 3rd of Nov. I sent my FSW file on 9th of Dec 2014 and at that time I only had my Resignation Acceptance Letter , so I sent it with my app. However, in the month of January, I received my experience letter through mail (courier). I need your valuable insight whether I have to sent relieving letter to the visa office or should I wait for the visa office instruction, or wil the resignation letter will suffice. Do reply. Your insights will be highly appreciated. My timeline is on left.

You already got PER, so all your New documents need to be send to your VO.
On PER Letter says that if something change on your life that Impact your carrer, like a new job, u must tell your VO. So, if I was u, before send News docs, i will send An email to VO and know what's the way and how you can provide this DOCs.
