I really wonder .. why none of December applicants reported receiving AOR .. as if process stopped at receiving our PERs

What i know that not all Visa Offices are sending AORs, the majority of applicants are waiting for MR after receiving PERs.

How many dependents do u have and when did u receive the per?

I am the only applicant with no dependents, well i recieved my PER on the 8th march as told by the CIC agent but the consulatant whom i have hired has not broken the news about it to me yet! Though my ecas reads "IN PROCESS"

Ideally, your application is deemed incomplete if they do not find all the documents in place. The second courier that you had sent consisted of the payment details form or you just stated your credit card details ?

Due to large number of applications being received and risk of overall cap being filled , it is unlikely that they would consider it .

If they do, then I must say that you are extremely lucky .

Just pray and trust God for the best outcome; pray that your addendum should be merged with your main application and that it should be handled by a nice person otherwise it's a 50/50 chance. Meanwhile, be optimistic dear.
