I am a 31st December applicant and havent heared a word about my application since applying, app was received on 31st December at 8:00 AM at nova scotia, my NOC is 2131 Civil Engineer.

called CIC yesterday wrt my status and I was told to call back 8th April if i dont hear from them before that date. The agent promised to send details of their email to my email address but ended up sending a mail in French. does anyone have similar update or experience?

What should i do? Should I call them back?

Has anyone received back your files which arrived at CIC around mid of Dec?

I am waiting for my applications back including an explanation letter since CIC agent told me they sent my applications back in Feb.

Someone has guided me that I should wait for 120 days to get response. So it seems that probably get it by april. I am not sure now if I need to call CIC or wait for few days

I send my documents to the immigration office and they received it by Dec 10th 2014. Someone names Mike received the document. Its been more than 90 days and I havent received any updates. Could you please help me how long does it normally take ? I saw your posts that most of them are waiting and also want to know once we receive our file number ... How long will it take for us to migrate ?

Dear its better to firstly check with the bank for dd enchasment.. As currenly payments for 29th Dec. applications are being done.. So better to call and confirm from CIC..

The thing is that my ECAS say that they can not verify me..

Is this a guess assumption or sure one? I prefer you folks stop guessing on issues concerning 30th and 31st. Tell us what you know and not what you assumed. These assumptions are very distracting and confusing please. Sorry, but I am being real.
