CIC agent just gave me client id number but rest of the information was not available like cap has been reached or not,.,.my application was sent back or not,.,etc,,.i have confirmed my bank but my DD is still pending for cash.

even I have the same concern regarding my application, my application delivered to NS CIO on 21 Jan 2015 but till now I have not received any update from CIO weather received or not

my NOC is NOC Code: 0631 (O); OCCUPATION: Restaurant and Food Services Managers

please share your valuable feedback that weather NOC status and ho to track my application

Cut off is Dec 31, 2014 - any applications received after this date will not be processed. I suggest that you try express entry as early as now.

Thank you. Ur post relieved me.
I then contacted CIC again, a guy told me that my file shows failed first attempt, and this means there will be a second attempt (he said, and I hope)!

I am glad I could bring relief to you. Please make sure Chase knows about the second attempt. Keep in mind that it could be any day. So make sure you tell them that in next 2 weeks there will be attempts and this time let it through. Also dont panic if you dont see second attempt today or tomorrow. There is no certain time when CIC attempts. So relax and i am sure with couple of days you will be here posting good news.

Guys,

Since 2 weeks ago I am reading several messages here about the process. In the begining I was tottally crazy and anxious because I read lots of information about caps, PER and NER.

MY application filed in December 12th and I was charged in February 4th. Last week I decided to phone to CIC to check what´s happened because I was checking some people after me with PER.

Today, finally I received my PER.

So, my suggestion, keep your faith alive and the best will happen to you.

I hope I can read better messages.

I have just called CIC but the agent said no information about my application. DD Charged in the last week of February.

I have already applied for temporary work permit in india month ago
