According to the posts of this forum, only 2 dec 19 applicants got PER. A lot of other people on the same date is waiting. It's a weird attitude on behalf of CIC. Past two weeks they charged like hell and gave PER like sweets. I have no idea of what's going on!
I took file # from CIC agent 2 weeks ago, Checked ECAS everyday. Still it shows nothing..............
I am very very unsure now.

I am in the same boat. My timelines are same as yours and I got UCI number on phone but ECAS showing nothing.. getting worried. Lets hope for the best.

my EcAs shows in process iam a dec 19 applicant but still havent heard of Per mail from my consultant ! What do i make of it?

I think you are in a safe zone. You should ask your consultant about PER.

Hi guys, sorry to be the bearer of the bad news. But, received the application package for a client, file submitted on 29 dec. It says Your application was reached after the maximum of 25,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications was reached.


It may also be noted that another client (29 dec submission) was charged on March 1, 2015. SO I believe the cap was reached on 29th December itself.

This was for another case my office was handling. NOC 1123.

My case was where my wife is PA (NOC 3142), app rchd CIC on 27 November, but returned back on 29 Dec because of a human error from their office. Apparently, the objected that there was for LMIA in support of my wife's work in Canada who is on PGWP. Notwitstanding, there was a cover letter accompanying the same mentioning everything in detail. The file was resubmitted on 30th Dec with an explanation, but I guess FSW was capped at 25,000 on 29 Dec itself. Tough luck

Puzzling isn't it? Maybe some complex calculation involving sub-caps and overall cap.
Next few weeks should reveal the true picture.

True..there is certainly more to it than what meets the eye.

CIC is looking at many other things we aren't sure of before making a decision. OR The sending standard letterz, although caps might not have been reached.

Certainly not, if your NOC is reasonably safe.
Wait a bit more..... and pray lots....
