The agent was very nice and informed me that my application is complete and accepted.
Soon the file will be transferred to my visa office.

What does that mean????

I have no idea if my dd is

If that is what CIC agent has said then I must say that your PER should be on its way.

Check with your bank first and I am sure DD should have been encashed by now.

My timeline is almost same as yours and DD was encashed on 20th Feb so I guess yours should have been encashed around 24-25th feb].

Check it and update your timeline

Hey Guys,
I received PER email today.
My timeline is a strange one as my application was returned to me because the officer failed to see my Celpip test, so I sent it straight back with a letter.


App received: 15th Dec
App Back: 28th Jan

App Received: 2nd Feb
DD cashed: 11th Feb
PER: 4th March

It was a wait where I spent lots of time worrying if they would actually accept my application back after refusing it, seeing as the program ended in December. The right result came today as it was human error on their part as they didn't go through my application properly and missed a vital document.
Through to the next stage now

ECAS says in process.

Congratulation, But this goof is not acceptable, Courier charges and mental agony can not be assuage by accepting the mistake, but anyhow they quickly process you application. Big Woooooow for you. Best of luck for AOR and MR

I agree with you. We all know how painful the waiting is and posting cost is just not a little problem!
The result was anyway great but CIC should consider each applicant.

Hi Kenneth,

I sent a letter with rejection letter and application stating that a human error was made on their part and my Celpip score was with the application still unopened with the seal intact.
I also said that I was taking the advice of a CIC call center worker that advised me to send the application back straight away and I hope my application can carry on with the primary stage of the process.
Maybe I was a lucky one, but it seemed to work.
Now play the waiting game some more and see if I can get over the next hurdle.
