NOC 2172 is one of the eligible occupations for the Nova Scotia PNP EE. You may want to take advantage of it.


29-31 December applicants should not lose hope yet as no one really knows the workings of CIC. I know a 29 December NOC 1114 applicant whose CC was debited yesterday. Like has been repeated, no news from CIC is good news. Also, I don't think there is any point in panicking or fretting as same will not expedite action on one's application.

29-31 Dec applicants have to show a lot of patience. Applications sent from all over the world from 20th Dec onward were received at cic in these three days. Moreover, it was the twilight of FSW2014 so double the expected numbers. I think we should consider these three days as a separate month. I name it THIRTEENUARY, the 13th month of 2014 !

Folks, is PER sent to the email only, or will it also be sent to our mailing address? I see people from my NOC, whose app date is after mine, DD was charged after my CC, and they have got their PER. Does this mean CIC has some doubts about my application or credentials? What's going on? NOW, I'm getting worried.

Are you way behind the usual waiting time for PER (20-30 days)? If not, no need to worry. Some have their PERs later (in months) than the others. But if the wait is unusually longer, call CIC.

I have read from (FSW 2014- Master Thread - 2171/2172/2173/2174) that all applications after Dec 10 were returned due to cap fill. Try to read it from there. But I don't know if it's indeed true.

GUYS , MY CONSULTANT CALLED ME AND TOLD THAT FSW 2014 TOTAL CAP OF 25000 IS REACHED ON 24TH DECEMBER ,AS HE IS ICCRC SO IT MIGHT BE CORRECT ,
WELL GUYS , THIS NEWS IS NOT FROM MY SIDE AND I CANNOT GUARANTEE OR CONFIRM. AS HE IS ICCRC AND IF HE SAID THIS , THERE MIGHT BE SOME STRONG SOURCE FROM WHERE HE GOT THIS NEWS.
HE WAS WORRIED AS HE WANTED TO CONFIRM WHETHER MY CC WAS CHARGED OR NOT AS MY APP REACHED ON 24 DEC.

FINGERS CROSSED , I HOPE THAT 29-30-31 DEC GUYS GET CHARGED FROM TODAY ONWARDS AND THIS NEWS DOES NOT TURN CORRECT.
