roughly 450 applications for december. But this is just an estimate based on the representative data available in sheet. But cap will never be an issue for this NOC.

Hey George

I hope all is well. The total NOC 2172 applications in December is 113, the total for all NOCs applications in December is 674, not sure what the 450 is, unless you have adjusted the 113 to include global population by multiplying by 4....right???

Here you go and good luck but remember that the historical trend is that the Spread Sheet contains 20%-25% of the global applicant population, so you might need to multiply the numbers by 4 or 5 to get the real picture

Date 2172 Apps %
12/1/2014 5 4%
12/2/2014 6 5%
12/3/2014 2 2%
12/4/2014 4 4%
12/5/2014 6 5%
12/8/2014 4 4%
12/9/2014 3 3%
12/10/2014 13 12%
12/11/2014 2 2%
12/12/2014 5 4%
12/13/2014 1 1%
12/15/2014 9 8%
12/16/2014 3 3%
12/17/2014 1 1%
12/18/2014 2 2%
12/19/2014 9 8%
12/22/2014 1 1%

Thank you guys.. But considering there are many silent "refugees" from 2173, 2174 and 2171 - could it be that this NOC's statistical data is biased badly? Enough so that actual multiplier is 6-8 actually.. supporting the 2 reports of it being capped around 10th?
I dont know.. does it make sense to you some 2 guys would have been told over the PHONE, that cap is filled and their documents are sent back due to cap? :-\

It seems to me strange question. Because anyone applying for FSW knows that it depends on how many dependents are there and whether spouse is also accompanying and based on this you make calculation of amount on your payment form.

are you tried to call CIC? what was the result?

I think those guys are l y i n g. as somebodies from 2173, 2174 and 2171 who made fake Job D. and because many 10th DEC applicant received their PER. and some guys (2, I think) from the 15th DEC applicants reported their friends CC was charged

HI Guys!!!!!!

I have applied FSW 2014 for NOC 2172 and my application was returned in Feb 2015 due to missing documents? Now i have some queries to ask. First is it possible to resend all the documents again and will it be counted in FSW 2014. What i think is its not possible. 2ndly, when i was applying for FSW 2014 i thot of applying in NOC 2173 but since the caps got filled i applied in NOC 2172 . So will it be fine if i apply now in express entry with NOC 2173.

Please advise !!!!!

if CAP is full, why officers must check applications for missing documents?

Well I didn't try calling in recent days, as its very hard to get any useful information from them unless 8-10 weeks have passed... and except those two guys, no one managed to get from them any information about cap status, so yeah.. why suddenly two have got it? I will try on Monday myself.
The other 2 reports from Dec 15th might be a mistake on DHL part, and perhaps application reached much sooner actually?

About the completeness check - I don't know.. perhaps its their regular policy, to make a completeness check on all applications regardless of CAP? especially as they need to check if there is a valid Job Offer inside...

It depends, we r a big family .... Husband, wife and three kids.

Whether any body know how much average time these days would take to reach PR stage from CC Charge stage...
I think that can be derived from excel sheet but i am not expert in that..

Any IDEAS ??? Cheers...

As per the Global Spread Sheet, there is only 1 applicant under 2171 (12/17/2014) and 1 applicant under 2173 (12/4/2014) and none under 2174 for the month of December...but remember, its never over till the fat lady sings, we just have to wait till mid to late March until its all said and done

at Monday, try . best time: 2 pm at your local time.

about DHL: maybe, or maybe they were lied.

I am not saying cap is full or not, we dont know until receive a valid answer.

and another thing, I think many of "refugees" from 2173, 2174 and 2171 are in the spreadsheet. I recognize one of them (who get per recently with a fake JD.)
AND estimations about their flood is wrong

What do you mean? Either I didn't understand you, or you didn't understand what I meant...
Did you mean to say only 2 applicants who submitted in 2 NOCs 2 applications?

The "refugees" as I call them, are a lot of people who applied (or almost were ready to send their package) for those 2173/4/1 NOCs, when they saw cap updates by CIC, and easily switched to 2172 (or sent another new package for 2172, when they realized the previous one is not going to make it into CAP).
So we don't know how many refugees are there, that could twist the statistics...
