Guys , I just called up CIC and after a long wait the answer I got was that "all i can tell you at this point is that we recieved your application on --/12/2014" what can i make out of this??????

Did u ask them your uci number?

Hi all....

All thanks to Almighty Allah......got the confirmation from Bank that my DD has been encashed......My app received date 9th dec....NOC 2172.

Wait for PER begins.....

After obtaining the UCI number, I used this UCI number to call CIC telephone number several times since yesterday but the message always coming is :-

"We are currently experiencing a high volume of calles ..... "

Don't know why is it like this? Either everyone is just calling them? OR they have put their telephone lines in auto-message mode!! God Knows.

Because still ECAS is not live. I think may be because of DD not encashed.

u seem like Dec 19th applicant...I am Dec 10th applicant and having the same status....I guess dd's are the reason for these delays

Well i am surprised to know that no one from 24 dec charged after my cc charged

Wen i was least expecting it

I m now thinking that might be my app reached on 23 dec and DHL updated received date as 24 coz DHl forawrd courier to third party to deliver parcels in NS
And they get update late after third party updates them

Well it will be cleared when My ecas will activated in few days
I am anticipating this because i kbow i cant be that lucky and single applicant to be charged for 24 dec

Its now 2.5 yrs i m struggling for visa and nowhere -

Applied in 2013 , courier got late by 1 day and i was out of Cap
Then applied on 7 may 2014 , that app is stuck and NDVO doing nothing
Applied MpNp that i withdrawn cz i got PER in fsw
Then this app of 24 dec which got charged yesterday
Also applied in EE which is very uncertain

God knows- wat will happen
I made 5 apps in 1 year and still nowhere

My cc was charged on 11th feb and got UCI on 13feb but my profile is still not live. So the wait continues

George ECAS is live till 16 dec applicant with cc mode . I am 17 Dec cc mode yet to become live. As soon as it goes live , I will let you know
