Date 19th-Feb-2014

The agent asked me my name, date of birth, etc, and said "Sorry, we have not received any such application.
Please contact the courier company, and drop in an email to CIC."


Agents were ladies.

I have it, I got the date of delivery from the tracking number.

This is surprising.
Because at least she should tell you that your appliction is received and no process is started. Because application parcel till 23rd of december have already been opened and their barcode pages scanned. Which means the call centre agent should be able to trace your record in system but of course she can tell that processing of application is not started. Try to call them again.

Hi george! I have a query, do u think that completeness check of December 31 applicants been done? And if not, can 31st Dec applicant send an addendum for his application?

By next week end you all will have good news because your NOC was a cold NOC. If completeness check is not failed then you will get CC charging news soon. By the way charging is done based on FIFO irrespective of NOC as I explained in my previous post lastly.

If this statement is true, and noc 2172 isn't capped, how do explain that charging stopped after Dec 10th while it continued for the other nocs?
This is the source of our uncertainty...

it was the cold noc but i heard that applicants of 2173 & 2174 applied in this noc (2172) after cap filled. waiting...

How you came to know that ECAS live on 5th Feb?

My Ecas is not active yet. Some dec 12 applicants have seen their ecas activated. I don't know if my uci is wrong because i got it from my returned application last july. What do you think?

Called CIC..."we have your application (she confirmed my application by confirming me my place of birth and email id), but it is still not processed, can't give nay more information, please wait for 10 weeks after delivery for AOR"

It means probably the have not returned it, that is the only conclusion I can draw, don't know whether it is good or bad

I think we can't say that; as there is contradiction in responses.Plus they can not return it so quickly because Eligibility Review must be under process yet as PER is moving around 1st Dec.
But absence of charging is threatening.In general Hopes are Low.

I heard that UCI# remain same unless someone else have other opinion (based on whatever responses I have seen on different blogs).

Are you actually calling up everyday to get a status update. Maybe that pissed them off, and that's why you got the second answer.

guys my application received on 23rd of december .I called Cic now they said its too soon to check your status and wait u till 3rd of March.how is it soon while many people got encash their payments? anybody can advice?
