Im 30th dec applicant for noc 1123. Any updates available for this noc.

You never know for sure, but truth is cap may have been reached before 30 December. Remember the last CIC update indicated a total of 822 applications including those waiting for MI review.

I did see in this forum the last charge on 2172 was for received date 15 Dec, 2014....Correct me if I am wrong ?

Yes Only one, but this jump is un-believable, may be he is not 15 Dec applicant as no one reported after 10th except this one.

It is depressing for all 2172 as it is all going unexpected since 10-15 days.

im a dec 31st applicant and waiting for my dd to get charged , i had read on the forum a couple of days back that cc till 29th dec are being charged.......
then i believe even my turn should come in a couple of days..........this wait is killing

Guys, I'm 5th Dec. applicant , When should I expect my PER( fingers crossed ) or NER ( God forbid )??

I don't know when I was charged because I paid through DD .. but my Ecase still shows " In process, We received your application ......etc"

PER will be in your inbox hopefully before end of next week. (99.99% Sure)

By end of next week you will have good news.

It is depressing for all 2172 as it is all going unexpected since 10-15 days.

By next week end you all will have good news because your NOC was a cold NOC. If completeness check is not failed then you will get CC charging news soon. By the way charging is done based on FIFO irrespective of NOC as I explained in my previous post lastly.

I made a call through CIC and female agent responded. She was of the opinion that my application can not be seen on the system. Which means my application is yet to be processed. That i should exercise patience to receive feedback from CIC.
I am Dec 9th applicant, NOC 1114.

This is surprising.
Because at least she should tell you that your appliction is received and no process is started. Because application parcel till 23rd of december have already been opened and their barcode pages scanned. Which means the call centre agent should be able to trace your record in system but of course she can tell that processing of application is not started. Try to call them again.

Called the CIC,Actually 3 times. yesterday,19-feb-15
[FRIST CALL Summary; Male Agent]
App has been returned due to CAP FILL.
However could not know the date of return so made the 2nd call
[2nd CALL Summary; Female Agent]
We don't have access to FSW Application's Data. I can just provide you their E-mail address to communicate or provide me the UCI# so that I can tell u the Status.

We Received your Application in December ; but no action taken yet.

[ Result ] Male Agents are Supportive. :'(

Pls. discuss ur understandings.

guys what about NOC 0113? My application received on 23rd of Dec but still no news.the payment method is CC .how many days should I wait and expect the encash ?
