Please guys, my letter of reference has 45 hours per week. Is that too much? Because I worked 8AM to 5PM in my home country and I need to know if that will disqualify me?

No. it is okay. It mean you are full time employee. You are working 9 hours a day and 5 days a week.

this is my personal opinion after reading this post from a senior member that December applicants are included in the cap last updated by CIC. For example, NOC 1111 cap counted is 554 whereas it was 450 before last update. and additionally they have 377 pending applications in this NOC which mean if they are currently charging October applicants (554 cap count) and this cap is from May 2014 to October 2014 = 6 Months, and the pending applications (377 pending) are those applications they received till December 16, 2014. because if they get 554 applications till October then it is logical that 377 applications are from October to December 16, 2014. They also mentioned the modified date in the footer of CAP page.

Hi Bro, I have applied under NOC 2232. My application reached on 15th Dec 2014.
When we can expect to hear any updates from CIC ?
What is this MI3 Applicants ?

Does the main duties listed on the letter of reference have to be the same as the one filled on the Schedule 3 - Economic Classes Federal Skilled Workers IMM008?

Please I am filling the Schedule 3 - Economic Classes Federal Skilled Workers IMM008. I noticed that 2 of my past employers were too modest with my main duties and I want to add more to it. Though these two positions are not my priority occupation. Please what do you guys think?

SOME OF THE DARK AREAS OF MY APPLICATION WHICH WERE MATTER OF CONCERN FOR ME. MIGHT PACIFY APPLICANTS IF THEIR APPLICATION IS STILL UNDER REVIEW BY CIC OR HELP OTHERS TO THOSE WHO ARE ABOUT TO DESPATCH THEIRS.

1. MY SPOUSE'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE DIDNT HAVE HER NAME ON IT. THOUGH ELSEWHERE I ATTACHED HER SECONDARY SCHOOL CERTIFICATE WITH THE EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS. I SENT AN ADDENDUM (AFFIDAVIT FROM HER PARENTS) WHICH I STILL AM NOT SURE WAS ADDED TO THE APPLICATION. I SENT AN EMAIL ON 22.10.2014 TO CSU INFORMING THAT THERE IS NO NAME ON BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR WHICH REPLY WAS SENT ON 11.12.2014 THAT "YOUR APPLICATION IS UNDER REVIEW, SHOULD THERE BE ANY REQUIREMENT YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED."

2. I HAD NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE FOR WHICH I GOT NON AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATE (NAC) FROM REGISTERING AUTHORITY AND ATTACHED A SELF AFFIDAVIT.

3. THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN A MATTER OF DISCUSSION REGARDING EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND TO BE SUBMITTED AS PROOF OF FUNDS (POF). I HAD INCLUDED IT IN MY APPLICATION.

4. I FORGOT TO WRITE NAMES IN NATIVE LANGUAGE.

GUYS WISH ME LUCK FOR THE FUTURE PROCESS.

I definitely agree with u. Yes, in my opinion I also say that December applications are included in Cic updated information.

Please I submitted yesterday and was told to be delivered on 29th dec.
Do I meet up? I know they are going for Xmas break on 25th but not sure if they will resume back till next year.
