DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

guys is there anyone that knows what all these new forums are about love and marriage....they seem to be not in line with what this room is about.

slightly frustrating as there are a lot of new forums and although there is a search function it makes it harder to find the relevant rooms!

Yeah!!! I notice this foruns yesterday and its annoying!! I thinks its could be a virus or other stuffs.

yes tathy he did but i think he is originally cvo applicant only..not a transfer case from ndvo

Hi Guys ,

One of my friend when applied for his canadian visit visa , due to an oversight he stated one of his job tenure as 1 year 8 months instead of 8 months. Now when he filed his fsw application , he corrected that and mentioned as 8 months. This job was around 8 years ago and he is not claiming any points for the same as this was of a different profile than the one stated in his application.

He has already got PER and AOR from colombo vo but is now worried if that error / oversight can cause any kind of problem in his file ?

We almost share the same timeline, applicatiin received on 29 /12, PER received on 26/3, called cic they told me my file was transferred to paris office, no AOR yet... Still waiting..

I m also 29/12 applicant. Received PER on 28/3... Waiting for AOR.

But he isnt claiming any points for that and it is not mentioned in the generic form where he has claimed points for his occupation. It has been only mentioned where he has guven details about his details of the past 10 years of his stays and occupation for which he has mentioned it in an additional sheet.

Maybe it goes unnoticed as it doesnt sound to be serious as per him because his files has been once processed by CIC

I can speak for 2 friends of mine whom got NER after CIC Per.
On The second case, he didnt mentioned one of his work coz it was not about noc duties and when his file arrived on SPVO they gave NER after a employment check.

So, it could goes unnoticed or not. Just be aware thats possible is real.

I already received my MR (thanks God!) and Done on april 27. On my Ecas, The 3rd line was updated last thursday and now I am waiting PPR and RPRF.

Dear Friend I have same case as like you. I got my PER on dated 26 march...and file was received on DEC 5. You please send a mail on this id CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca....it may be possible you will get positive reply

May be its depend on the visa officer. We really don't know how they take the files. Soon you will get ur golden reply
