DECEMBER 2014 FSW APPLICATION SUBMISSION

I have a question. Me and my wife have been blessed with a baby girl this Feb. i.e. between changing of my CC(on 9th March) and receipt of application(on 29th Dec). Now I have received PER. I need to inform CIC and VO about addition of a family member. Can somebody please guide me about the required documents in such a case?
I have Birth Certificate of my daughter. Though I am still to apply for passport. I have taken date 8th April for the same.

Congratulations again for your newborn!!
After PER, all communication must be with your VO and u should told them about your baby girl. Send An email and ask them wich are the documents.
But if u want to know know about that, try to call CIC.

My application was received in Sydney office on 29th December 2014 at 10:17 AM local time. I have not received any update from CIC. My DD has not been en cashed till date? I applied under NOC 2131. I have a friend who got his file back three days ago saying that the global cap was reached, his application reached on 30th. I am worried about what's going to happen. Does anyone have any information when was the global cap reached?

Hello Darashpr.
We don't have the certain of the exact time when the GC was reached. Not even CIC provided An official letter about that. I know that waiting kills, but all u have to do is call CIC and check about your app. Try phoning tomorrow.
