Hi, I'm new in the forum.

My file reached NS the 23rd December and I was charged the 19th February (CC). I haven't received PER yet. Today I called CIC and a lady told me that my file is in the system, in process and that I should receive a letter of acknowledgement before 31st March.

What does that mean?

"Acknowledgement" maybe a letter regarding your application status or even PER...
I am not sure since I am also facing the same problem. CC charged but no further information...

please call cio and request them for updates on your application. There is nothing to worry.

There were 4 draws till now, and the last one the average Point was 750. They Still inviting people with Job offer but I think this year they will invite applicants without JO.

I am too in the same boat buddy. December 10, 2014 applicant. CC charged on January 31, 2015.

No PER yet. ECAS showing status as "In Process".

And do u know when the overall cap was reached?!

I know 2 candidates who applied on 29 dec itself. One with CC, one with DD.

The one with CC got charged on 1 March, on with DD got his file sent back. So the cap filled up between 29th and 30th December itself.

speculator, you can't stop this assumption contribution. All your own is cap got filled up with no evidence. Nothing else to contribute but the cap issue, today cap got filled up 24th, tomorrow 29th, now assumed it is 29th or 30th. Why not forget this cap talk and say other things regarding the progress of your app. I have followed your contribution here and discovered they are all speculations and assumptions.

Agree with you. The CAP was filled till 29 Dec. Some lucky people whose file was received in morning managed to get in cap.

Hi all. I am a december 29th applicant noc3142. Is there any news yet about noc 3142 cap being full. I haven't heard any thing though I used dd and notsure if it has been encashed. I am so getting tensed with all I am reading about late December applicants here. Just trying to remain hopeful.
