There're just a few of us on the forum who applied under NOC 1224. My CC was charged on Jan 23rd and got PER on Feb 19. You should get PER within 1 month.

My package was received on Dec 1st....hopefully you'll get encashed soon, and PER during April. Don't worry about the NOC being capped.

Don't worry because my ECAS went live after two days of receiving PERs.

That's too fine and cases are present for both scenarios and it doesn't matter.

I got charged 19 Feb, including weekends it has been 23 days since I got charged. That means you are just 18-19 days since you got charged. Today someone with the same timeline as me, got PER, I hope to get it within next week because all applications are different. Just like you and others applied in Dec 23rd but got charged 18,19,22,24.
