@ Abhi_86, I am also a NOC 2281 applicant. Two days back, my agent told me that one of his client dated 05-Dec-2014 has got his PER. So, lets hope for the best and pray that our NOC doesn't get full.

I spoke with CIC today, and the agent toLD me that 12/31 applicants should wait until 03/10 for an update. My card is yet to be charged. Dunno when they charge it.

I just wanted to know if anyone from 4011 is still in the queue. ?

I am a Dec3applicant, NOC:4011 Still no DD encashment and obviously no email from CIC.

Please enlighten me if I am missing some timeline, as i was off and couldnt follow the forum for almost 2 weeks.
