DD Encashment Date: 28th January 2015 (as per CIO Sydney's PER email)
ECAS goes live on: 8th Feb 2015
PER received: 22nd Feb 2015

I am 5th Dec application of NOC 2172. DD encashed on 3rd February. Waiting for PER (NER).

Anyone knows information of 2172? CAP reached? Or still I have hope... Do you guys know when was the last PER came in this NOC? Becoming impatient day by day :'(
