Hello all, especially George,
Does phoning CIC help speed your application, or just to put your mind at ease?
Due to work hours and time difference I have not been able to speak to CIC for information, they were closed when I phoned.
I have sent an email requesting information 8 days ago and not anticipating a reply for another 30 days or more.

Once you click "In process" >> it will show first line >> we received your application on xxxx

No it is not signal of PER.

It is a signal that your "Completeness Check" was successfully passed and CAP of your NOC is not filled.

When you will see "In Process" in your ECAS then it will mean that you will get your PER soon.

You can expect PER within few days. Your app is at 4th stage in above line...

I am 10 december applicant.My cc was charged on 02/02/2015 and I have uci number of my returned application and its working.ecas start showing that we received your application on 10 december for permanent residency..Is this is signal of PER??

How much more time i need to get golden mail in my inbox.

I called cic and they gave me my UCI no and mentioned that their office will contact me soon.

What does that mean ?

Has my application been accepted ?

Relax since cc charge is already happening for ur date they will charge your DD by end feb. No need to worry

It should take around 60days to get AOR and further 15 days to get MR. Have a look at the SS to get an idea on processing dates for ur NOC

No.DD expires after 6 months until if it not mentioned on it otherwise.and its CIC requirement too.

Don't you worry they will ask you for the new one as long as other documents were remain inline and reflects positive eligibility for you
