problem is, they have wrapped up the official site and we've dependent on spread sheet analysis only....which could be true or could be just an imagination, as I already mentioned in my previous post that most of people are either not submitting the status or has already left the forum.

Overall...we don't have a particular source to count the actual...but we are on rough ideas only.

The way they had represented NOC 2281 in their last submission was showing that the applicant who will capped will be of 10th December(which may be or not be). My file reached on 1st December.

The second big issue with NOC 2172 which was just 218+153 on 16th December update and they had separated 153 files for MI(Ministerial instructions). Both of the NOC 2281 & 2172 has stopped (seems like) and no further update or idea we are getting on it.

DD charge is not mentioned by anyone for NOC 2281 till date who has sent his/her file on 1st Dec, 2014.

It shows that the NOC which is going to conclude is stopped intentionally....why....nobody knows.

Which NOC, when file received ..........Have you got the initiation that your DD is encashed?????

My assumption would be mid till end of March, maximum would be till 1st week of April.

Dec applications can expect PER from March 2nd week. Now PER are being issued to Nov 2nd week applications.

On 16/12 CIC up date 493+222. Regarding completeness check these 222 are applicant which have been charged. On my observation these are until 06/10 you can check on SS. That means that 715 are applicant until 06/October. From 1 May until 06 October 715 applicant 4.55 per a day. From 06/10 until 1/12 it almost 60 days.... it is 275 new applicant that means CAP will be full on the beginning of December.

If completeness check was until 19/11 WHY last PER and charged applicant for NOC 2132 (700+207) is 03/10 and for NOC 2133 ( 519+258) is 30/10?Huh There is NO LOGICAL explanation for this. As I know for our NOC 2281 number 222 are applicant who get charged ( beginning of October)...... I am not pessimistic I am in the same situation as you are.

Birth certificate and copy of the data page of the passport should be fine.

Morning all for the UK

A quick question - my wife recently had a baby and I was wondering what form of ID do we need to notify CIC of this news. Is a Birth Certificate ok or do they require a passport?

If the files were for October...for what they were doing two weeks ago and for that they had updated it finally to proceed on leave.

As per my remembrance the file were 430 + they added around 65 file more to it after two weeks update and then they separated 222 before proceeding on leave, which shows they have already concluded the work for October month and the pending work was for November month only...the December files were in transitions at that time.

Guys .....please let us know if CIC is not working due to bad weather or Bank of Nova Scotia is not working.

We are in tensed situation....

For sure before they had removed the update list from their site, they had presented the current number of received applications.

Guys, it is almost more than a month and someone should already received an email from CIC that NOC 2281 is already reached quota.
But none of us haven't received any mails from CIC, unless we don't want to share or not a member of this forum.

oh that is fantastic ...if this is more than month and someone had received about the quota notification.....then hopefully I am safe as I am applicant whose file was reached on 1st Dec and if so they have played for a full month of December and God knows the cap reached on 10th December, 15th December or when.

I am waiting for an official notification for one more week.....lets see what happened.

Moreover we haven't saw any DD charge news for NOC 2281 dated 1st December.

I dont think CIC will send an email to anyone whose NOC is capped.
They just return the package by mail.
