Any one please reply.... I'm very anxious. Your response will be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Not at all it is not going to be the reason for rejection. Because they open each and every envelope and if the envelope doesn't relate to them then they take decision whether to direct it to somewhere else or discard it or return it. As far as the contents are relevant to your FSW case, they will certainly entertain it.

Wish you all the best in your process.

I kindly request everyone that since we are all hopefully professionals with certain number of years working as skilled professional with University degrees or studies at University level, therefore it is expected from everyone of us that even if we criticize, it has to be in a respectable manner.
You can use the words like: - “I have a different opinion...” OR “I do not agree with your point of view...” OR “I think that reality is contrary to what you have pointed out...” OR any other polite, ethical, moral and professional manner of disagreeing, instead of being aggressive and attacking at other as if the other person is intentionally here on this forum to misguide others!!
Come-on guys, let us be mature and follow the code of conduct while discussing on a forum which is dedicated to FSW which is Federal Skilled Worker. Neither out education nor our professionalism should allow this.

Well said. I agree. What is your say on delay in charging pace on Monday and Tuesday?

I have given my opinion in this regard in my past post, which is copied-pasted below, just amended the no charging to slow charging because Monday and Tuesday two three cases of charging were reported:-

At the end of FSWP2014 on 31st December, there were serveral applicants who had completed all of their documents but because of last date being 31st december they could not submit them to CIO. Therefore I am pretty sure and confident with highest degree of certainity that all those around 700+ ITA holders will certainly have most of their documents ready to be submitted to CIO. Therefore as soon as result would have been announced they would have sent their parcels to CIO. Moreover all of those who are selected in this first draw are those candidates who have valid job offer+positive LMIA, therefore again there is a high probability that more then 90% of them were already residing in Canada so again it will facilitate submission of their documents without any delay. But again these are just statiscal speculations, because of slow charing by CIO. God knows what they are doing today?

Don't understand the issue you are facing. Please kindly rephrase or make clearer. I don't understand the relationship between your application and the ECA. Where they sent separately? If your application was sent without your ECA and you did not specify with a note where your ECA is they will return your application. Or was it that the envelope was address with WES address instead of CIC?
If yes? Nothing to worry about. Using my friend as a guide, His application was rejected and CIC never used his envelope to send back his document.

Hi All!

I applied to NOC 2132 and my application was received by CIO office on 12th Dec 2014. Do you think i will make it within cap?
Also how long do i need to wait before I hear from CIC ? I am quite tensed as I havent heard anything so far. :(

Dear,

Do not need to worry. God is with us. If u need to know just check the spread sheet and you will be able to get a clear picture on the CAP for 2014.

Hi Guys!
George has made an earnest request, very correctly too. I second this and say that - let all the info flow & if you feel someone is incorrect factually or in their analysis, politely point it out; but with the supporting facts or a counter analysis!
I know everyone is tense in their wait! Actually, only CIC knows what's happening with the processing! Rest all of us are trying to make intelligent guesses or analysis based on facts posted by individual applicants or data on the SS.

Do enjoy the journey!! It's a LONG wait.....for charging, then PER, maybe an AOR, then ECAS activation, then an "In Process mail", then a second line update followed by a MR & PCC request, then a confirmation of receipt of meds, then a RPRF payment request, then maybe an interview alongside with an additional documents request, then a DM mail, then a request mail for PPR and finally a wait to check courier tracking for Visa stamped passports. There might be a number of hiccups on the way & a lot of ANXIOUS moments. Stay calm, thousands have completed the process before us & with God's grace, we shall too,
This forum is a godsend for clearing every small niggling doubt! Please keep supporting each other & the path will be traversed till the final destination, one day!

+1 here, out of everyone this is a adult response, not getting involved in the politics, being realistic about intellictual guesses and encourages positive engagement.

Let's make this an informative and positive forum and not a dictatorship.

Here's to hoping we all recieve positive news in the near future.

Wow - the most positive news that I have heard this week!

Hi Guys,

I am a 5th Dec - NOC 1111 applicant, no response yet from CIC. I was checking the spreadsheet and it seems there has been no PER issue for 1111 applicants since 2nd october. Does that mean this NOC list has been capped out?HuhHuhHuhHuh Anyone else in the same boat?
