HI everyone,

Have you people noticed one thing on CIC website Number of applications in 1st column =11544 in 2nd column =4565 waiting for MI Acceptance review which means total is 11544+4565 =16109

But just above the table it is written "Total received toward the overall cap: 11,544 of 25,000" this should be 16109 isn't it guys ???

one more thing for NOC 1112 994 applications are in 1st column and 7 in second which means total is 1001 this is confusing

Just seen that 554 applications are in cap and another 337 are under review.

Leaving 69 places, which I think I wont be part of.

Really gutted as my first application was returned due to me forgetting to send my degree certificate in. I would have been in cap....

Dear All,

The CAP was updated with new column of bending applications. what does this means.
I can understand that the counted applications are those where charged before that date.
does this means that the bending are the applications where received by CIC up to that date?

for 2133. it is now 519 counted and 258 bending.
My application was received 8/12
does this mean that my application is in that 258?

no you are not. it is somewhere mid oct applicants

Dear Friends,
Am planning to send my application this week.
I have two question..
1. I planned to apply noc 2132 -Mechanical Engineer, now its going to reach the cap. So I
prefer 2232 - Mechanical engineering Technologist and Technicians..
2. My Birth certificate has spelling mistake in my name , I send to concern department to correct it,
the correct my name exactly. the idiots again made spelling mistake in my mothers name...
In this situation what I can I do ?
Option 1. I send my previous Birth certificate along with affidavit ?
Option 2. I use second one which is exactly mentioned my name ?
PLZ SUGGEST ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE>

Please guys, my letter of reference has 45 hours per week. Is that too much? Because I worked 8AM to 5PM in my home country and I need to know if that will disqualify me?

In case there is any objection or incomplete documents. whether i will be eligible to re-submit missing or incomplete documents under FSWP or i have to go through the new system, i-e EE.

Dnt Worry myself has 48 hours per week. 48 hours is the maximum limit of working hours per week. Its international labor law.

Does the main duties listed on the letter of reference have to be the same as the one filled on the Schedule 3 - Economic Classes Federal Skilled Workers IMM008?

Please I am filling the Schedule 3 - Economic Classes Federal Skilled Workers IMM008. I noticed that 2 of my past employers were too modest with my main duties and I want to add more to it. Though these two positions are not my priority occupation. Please what do you guys think?
