CIC has updated cap status. They have added new column...its confusing . Appreciate is any senior member can explain me.

Hello, I just went to see my consultant and I have some enquiries. My application is almost complete they will send it tomorrow. On top of the whole package there is an affidavit of the translator, not individual affidavits for each translated document. We are also sending all original documents of everything except passport and IDs. So there are basically no notarized copies. Most of the originals are in Korean some in English. Is this alright? I guess originals are better than copies even notarized ones am I wrong? How about one affidavit for the whole application?
They seem to have experience doing this and told me it is ok. But I would like to hear your opinions.

I dont want to argue with you mister. If I am helping people its not because I will gain personally from it, its because a little while ago when I applied I was also seeking help. I have read the material completely at the CIC website at the time I applied, I did not have enough funds to show for my non accompanying dependents so I asked this question from CIC and their reply for your help I am posting here:

According to the information you have provided to us you must declare all family members when applying for a visa and must again declare all family members, whether accompanying or not, prior to obtaining permanent resident status. Only for those dependents accompanying you to Canada, you have to show proof of funds.

IT MEANS THAT SO FAR CIC HAS GIVEN FINAL GREEN SIGNAL TO 11,544 AND 4565 ARE IN QUE FOR ACCEPTANCE..IT MEANS TOTAL COMPLETED APPLICATIONS RECEIVED SO FAR IS 16109...
the chart now includes additional information about:
the number of applications they have counted into the cap, AND
those applications that they have confirmed are complete, and are pending a review of whether they meet the criteria to be processed under the MI.

I applied through a Representative and I believe 'Use of Representative Form' was incomplete. Hence the whole application got returned back and I had to reapply with the Revised forms and ensured everything is complete. I hope everything is fine this time.

Hello seniors....
I have applied for NOC 3012 and my application received on 16 sep but no update yet. :'(
But now i want to send my another application for NOC 3011
Therefore i want to ask few things
1 i have already sent my IELTS and PCC original copy, so what i need to do now?
2 i have only one year of experience of NOC 3011 which is going to complete by the end of December and i have 4 years of experience for NOC 3012. So are they going to score me on 5 years of experience or only one year??????

Application guide says so:
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.
As to me it means, that every document must have an affidavit. I did all translations with affidavit and translator's signiture and stamp on every doc. But the main question is - why to send origrnals?? And what originals? The guide says: Documentation submitted with your application will not be returned. You should obtain multiple originals of any documentation submitted with your application (such as reference letters, police certificates) so you are prepared if you need to submit a new application. If to look into a checklist, it requires to send originail only for IETLS certificate, WES certificate, police certificate. As for references - they require to send copies, but I sent an original because it can't be certified officially, as well as bank certificate. Hope you weren't advised to send other originals, such as diplomas or marriage certificate

its getting critical now. My noc is 3112. I am not thinking about subcap.i am thinking about the total cap. Already 16000!

I have applied today (17-12-2014) in Noc 1121. And my application will reach CIC on 23rd of dec.
I am really concerned and confused whether my
application will reach before cristmas and new year holidays
As it will start from 23 Dec, Can somebody guide me in this situation?
