Hi everyone,
I also sent my papers to CIC in NS last week of Nov, and was received 1st week of dec.. Its been 2 months now but there's still no reply. My immig lawyer said its normal to wait until 5 months due to the volume of applications being processed.. Good luck to everyone

Normally CHC don"t take 5 months time for initial review.They will update u in 90 working days time.If u don"t receive any info from within 90 days just give them a mail or call CIC after 90 days.

Before that first check whether ur application/NOC falls under CAIPS

Are from the Philippines?
I am doubtful that I made it to the cap because after two weeks of submitting my application the cap was reached.
But I am still hoping and praying very hard....
