If the money has been debited from your account then congrats!!

you will receive the PER shortly..your case is under cap.......best of luck

My brother is a Biochemist in India and have 2 yrs of experience and got enough points to apply. He sent his application on 13th Dec 2011 to sydney,Nova scotia under the category 2121 biologists and related scientists. He is still waiting, as DD has not been charged.

Does he has a chance to get selected within 500 cap, as when he sent his application the cap was 370 .
how long do you think he should wait or should contact new delhi visa office or CIO about status. what is the email address of CIO for asking status of the application.

Hi Jadeja,

you can pray for your brother....hopefully he would be in cap, contact your bank to confirm if
the funds has been debited from your/his account or not.

if the dd has been cleared then he is in...or you can wait till March 2012 for cic response.

Dear friends, this is a positive response for all Nov/Dec applicants.
I think payment by a Credit Card is more safe,quick and relax (applicant do come to know that the money has been debited)
as compare to DD...

anyone have timescale for DD clearance....

your bank can tell you the bd/dd encashment date ...mine was encashed on 25 jan 2012..
my application was received on 17 nov 2011..noc 3142

Hi Miki, Congratulations! I hope you will receive PER soonest. All the best for you and all other applicants. Mine also NOC 4152, but it reached CIO on 31 Jan'12 so I thought that mine fail off CAP as they now start working on Dec applicants for NOC 4152

It is a bit confusing..some of the december applicants got their bd encashed 2 days back...many novemberians are yet to receive PER....today i read somewhere that one of the october applicant got his PER!!!
so cant they are working on which month application....
can you tell me the name of consultancy company you used in your last application...send me PM...

I also sent my papers to CIC in NS last week of Nov, and was received 1st week of dec.. Its been 2 months now but there's still no reply. My immig lawyer said its normal to wait until 5 months due to the volume of applications being processed.. Good luck to everyone NOC 3113
