I'm also about to do my landing. Wondering if I need to bring extra photos other than the two photos they send back to us in the Xpresspost?
I've got one photo attached to confirmation of PR and the other one was just returned in the envelop.
I'm wondering because I was thinking if I should book an appointment with local CIC officer or go to border and come back (total of 6.5hrs drive to go to the closest border and come back to Calgary )
I've received my interview scheduled by mail today from immigration office in Calgary, they have scheduled me in two months from now with some instruction. It mentioned bring 2 photographs. Makes me wondered... if I need to take two more photos?

I've been living in Canada for the last 5 some years, so I guess I should be sending my CEC application to CPP-O, correct? Or should I send it to my country of citizenship? I haven't been there in years...

When I applied, I sent my application to Buffalo. But that office is closed now. But i heard that January applicants sent their application in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Not sure though. It would be better if you consult some Jan or Feb applicants. As far as i know, for CEC you have to apply here only, not in your country of citizenship. But better consult someone who has some more knowledge about it.

Since you've been in Canada for last 5 odd years, you can submit it to CPP-O. You can choose CPP-O as the visa office and send the application package to CIO, Nova Scotia.

Your description shows that the medical was recived on 26th July,2012 but you are saying that your ecas shows "in process" then how did you came to know that your medical have been received? Could you please clarify ? Coz my ecas shows "in process" too..

When i click In Process link, then it shows me this information:

"We received your application for permanent residence on January 11, 2012.

We started processing your application on June 18, 2012.

Medical results have been received."
