my details are under in my signature too. I sent package through USPS from USA (3businessday with tracking number and reached at CIO Sydeny NS, December 8, 2009) waiting for AOR.

Thats different, I start this my main aim is people can share from scratch bottom to Top upto getting visa. so, the December 2009 file applied people can track how much time is taken to get PR, and we can also get touch thoese members not in this forum but possible to touch with them at Canada too.

I am applying in Canada with AEO under NOC 1231.

applied under FSW3 (temporary foreign worker in canada for more than a year)

waitinggggggggg for AOR.

previous attempt:
sent to NS : Oct 5th
returned my app : Nov 24th.
reason: detailed description of my job duties required

I have a roommate and she sent out application in Aug 2009 and now she already has finished Medical and waiting for next step.
I wish mine is as fast as hers too

I am an international student and I got AEO last Oct.
Hopefully we will have good new in a few months.
I am preparing full documents now.

Hello everyone,
I sent my application to Sidney Nova Scotia on Nov 2009 (FSW). I received an email telling m that I am not eligible.
Eventhough,I am a mechanical engineer and I meet the requirement under NOC classification. I have stated That I had different occupation during the last 10 years. So I had to to put 4 different NOC code. I have replied to the email stating that I am eligible, attaching my certificate of experience where it is showing the position which match perfectly the NOC code. Now I don't know if I will receive a reply from the email, otherwise I need to wait 8 to 12 weeks to get my application back with comments by mail. Has anyone experienced this , and/or kindly advise.

is this that quick response from buffalo... because i heard buffalo is processing very slowly and now they are actually processing Jan 2009 applications...

I sent my application in December 2009 and get AOR from CIO sydeny on 25th Jan 2010, still waiting AOR from Buffalo.

I got AOR from CIO Sydeny is the first AOR after sending documents, and they forward to CIO Buffalo requested with full documents and I am waiting AOR from Buffalo thats the second AOR will issue, so getting CIO Buffalo AOR take time and still my DD is not cashed. so, still my file is not forwarded to AOR Buffalo. the whole process after sending documents to CIO Sydeny you will get AOR from Sydeny NS and AOR from Buffallo within 60 to 70days. I get 1 AOR and waiting for second.

Nehlil, Mechanical Engineers are not in ministerial 38 NOC list.
wait for the Canadian economy to get better.
Canada needs more Engineers, But not now. No Jobs for them.
Jobless rate is now 8%

i heard buffalo taking atleast a year to validate the apps. lets hope for the best
