good luck to everyone..even i lost hope as it's been two years..
P.S. on 18th i raised webform with new delhi vo nd luckily they checked my file next day and got ppr.

no there wasn't any change in her status..it was always like 'we'll send you a msg when your eligibility review starts'

Old App Date - July 03, 2021
Biometrics - Sept 01, 2021 (dad), November 10, 2021 (Mom)
New App Date - December 12, 2021
Eligibility started - May 16, 2022
Eligibility status went back to the original - May 19, 2022
BVL and passport request letter - May 20, 2022

Raised multiple web forms and received a response on May 16, 2022.

I contacted them through email but I don't think they did anything. They were still collecting information from me.

Happy to share that Finally received PPR yesterday for in-laws TRV.

Application: Dec 26 (New IRCC portal)
BIL: Dec 27
Biometrics Completed: Jan 07
PPR & BVL: 26th May

Status has not changed, only got email update.
