Hi doravmon. No, I'm here in the Philippines. Almost all of us here in Manila local VO got Schedule 4/4A request and medical passed. I think it all depends now to our VO. I'm sure your app will update soon. Good luck. :)

So when is the file transferred to local VO? Is it soon after medical pass or at some point in time when background check is in progress?

Regards

Yes nomination is valid for 6 months. You just need to inform SINP to issue your nomination to new EE profile. Thanks. By the way did you forget to attach Medical reports?

NO i did not forget . I read this on government website

" If you are nominated, when applying for permanent residency CIC will require medical checks for you and your family members. CIC will send you instructions on how and when you should complete your medical exams. It is important to note that all family members must complete a medical exam even if they are not accompanying you. For further information about medical checks required by CIC, please go to www.cic.gc.ca."

How am i supposed to send upfront then ???

How to i inform SINP to issue me nomination to new EE profile ??? then again I have to wait for ITA ???

Are you saying you didn't do upfront medicals? You ought to before submitting eAPR and the hospital will give you a slip to upload.
You can create new EE profile and indicate you have SINP nomination. The province will confirm the nomination and you get the 600 points in your new profile. Some have done it

a letter of explanation of best efforts.
However, these are not a guarantee of acceptance.
