I just want to ask. I am applying under FWSP from the Philippines. I am presently working in Singapore. Can I use my debit card from Singapore to pay for my filing fee in the Canada Embassy in the Philippines?

You must use a credit card or a direct draft order. If you opt to use a credit card, you shoul fill in all its details including CVV code, put your signature and the appropriate gap and send the form along with your application to Sydney.

Please note that some debit cards are treated exactly the same way as actual credit cards. If your debit card is compliant with Visa/Mastercard standards and can be used for international online payments (e.g. in web shops) then it is most likely okay for FSWP application too.
