Debating whether to use Buffalo or New Delhi CIC

Hi Everyone,

I'm an Indian citizen. I have been living in Montreal,Quebec for over one year now on Work Permit.
I just got my CSQ. I am preparing to apply for Permanent Residence.
On CIC website for Quebec. It says the processing time for New Delhi is 6 months and 14 months in Buffalo
I was wondering if anybody has applied in New delhi and got in 6 months.

Any opinions or experiences ?
