guys, if i want to apply to a college or university, when is the deadline ? like how much time before the semester begins, i can start the proccess....

Different universities have different deadlines for international students. Some end prior to 4/5months of the semester while some can end as early as 10months! You need to search for that in the respective universities website.
 
mostly 2months before they will close giving offer letters
 
This issue of deadlines keeps coming every now and then.Its very simple.

Go through the college/Universities website and find out particularly on opening and closoing timelines for the relevant courses.

Besides make use of all the important admission counsellors responsible for your regions ok.They can advice your better.

Go to the respective university website. Over there you can find the deadlines. Like if you want to find the deadlines of uToronto, google "international application deadline of university of toronto" and you should find the correct link from the search.

Ok, google the name of the univerisity and check the admissions.

Dear Habil,
i still dont know what institute i want to go to.. that's why i want to check everything before i start the proccess...
i'm just trying to get as more info as ppl can give me..

Apply to universities in SASKATCHEWAN and NOVA SCOTIA.

They are affordable and admission produres short and fast.
