i got refusal under spp (applied on 21nov. and got refusal letter on 2 dec. 2013).Do i have time to apply under non-spp ?

U dont hv time 2 apply under non spp cuz I hv applied under it on 8/11 and its still under processing!

Yes this is my 2nd attempt ... Now going for non spp..
Reason of rejection was .. Low academics and could nt become a
Successful student in canada ..
This time also had attached the justification letter...

And 1 thing more guys .. I hv seen many posts
Regarding non spp.. They said , they r waiting
From 1 months and even more .. I Wanted to know
That the same time span goes for re-appliers?

Correct me if m wrong.......
Non-spp file takes more tym for processing if there is some prob wid documents!!! Or incase of incomplete documents!!!!!!!
Lets hope fo d bst!!! Vl b gud if replies cumz early!!!
Waiting period is stressful n boredom!!
