Deadline for student visa application - India for fall 2014

My college starts on Sep1. Since I received my offer just 2 weeks before, I applied for loan only last week. My Bank manager told me that it would get approved only by July 15th. Is there any deadline for student visa application.

Thought sharing for future students ::

I would suggest to go with Andhra Bank for study loan.
They got my loan sanctioned in a day.

One of my friend got it in 2 days.
