I am fillinf out the application and have entered all my past addresses and now I need to enter my current address but how do I put the dates when it asks "from" and "to" and I currently reside at that address?

For example, you start living at address A in 3 July 2008 and then move out in 10 May 2009, so for address A:
"from" "to" Address
3 July 2008 10 May 2009 Address A
If you didn't move out in 10 May 2009 and still living in this address, then you write present.

I don't think it's a good idea to write 'present' in the 'to' field. Instead, write the application date. E.g., if you complete and sign the application today July-06-10, then complete the current address field as follows:

3 July 2008 6 July 2010 Address A
