Date when I became first qualified to practice this occupation - express entry profile creation

Hello friends ,
I have my ECA and IELTS complete
While creating my Express Entry profile . I got stuck in the last step
"Date when I first became qualified to practice in this occupation"

Can some one please help me in clarifying what should I fill in ?

Usually the date when you graduated or the date when you started working.
