Date on the CAQ

hi,
I recently got my study permit and i’m planning to travel to canada on ocotber 26th.
I got accepted at Concordia University for the winter session 2019.
My only concern is that on my CAQ, there is a date December 1, 2018.
What is that ? Can i enter canada before this date if i already have my Visa ?
I also have more than enough funds to cover my stay.

Same is the situation with me my CAQ says 15jan 2020 to may 2022 however i have got visa which is valid from oct 209 to may 2022? i want to reach before jan 2020, can i come to canada ?and if i can , will the border officer issue the study permit ?
