date on docs to be submitted??

hi.... i would just like to know if anybody has any idea if the visa office will accept docs dated as early as 2008... i've been asked to submit all required docs until july 2010... since i already have requested most of the docs in 2008 when i first started planning to go out of the country (though not certain during that time), can i use these docs and submit them to the visa office? or do i have to request for these docs again (cert. of employments, TORs, other certifications)? does it state that docs should be dated 3mos or six mos prior to application? kindly advice.... thanks

u can submitt the expired docs afresh like Ielts, PCC etc., & u must update the applications with any new information which u reqd to disclose (like any birth, change in address, change in tel nos. change in email adress etc). Rest u can use old ones... but with latest notorisation. as notorisation is valid for 6-12 months.
