Hi All,
m a new joinee, have searched a lot on the various other threads regarding this issue of what all docs are require for experience proof.

I am applying for a Canada PR under FSW-0213
So wanna know , if only the reference letters from the previous employees will suffice or u need to submit appointment letters, experience letters, payslips etc. as i have 3 companies work-ex prior to my current company.

So what all docs are required exactly in case of employment proofs.

kindly help in this regard.

though the CIC instructions only talk about submitting the employer reference letters and employment contracts, but this is up to you if you want to submit any additional documents. i know many people who submitted not only the reference letters and employment contracts, but also the pay slips, tax returns, job description letters. what i am trying to say is that at least submit the reference letter and employment contract, but if you want to submit things like payslips, tax returns, job description letters, promotion letters, salary raise letters, appraisal documents, ... no one can stop you.
my personal thought... the more evidence you provide, the better the chances that the immigration officer is satisfied.

ja77 is right. the more the evidence you can gather to support you experience the better. In fact the letter you get states that the onus lies on the applicant to prove that he has the required experience.
 
Thanks all for the reply, I see but i won't be able to provide few docs (pay slips, appoint. letter etc.) for my previous employees but can manage reference letters from my managers.

Well one more case:
What if my manager has left the company, and i am not able to get the ref. letter from anyone in the org. so is it possible if my manager can still give me the reference letter? what to do exactly in that case..

Also, What if in my first job it was only after 4-5 months that i started managing a team of computer workers, but in my reference letter it just states that - my main duties as IT analyst was...... so is it fine or should i getit segregated in terms of job descriptions as per teh timeframe/.
