Date of hiring discrepencies in Salary slip and reference letter and Work permit

There is four days difference in date mentioned in my salary slips and in my WP and reference letter.
This happened because I was about to travel 4 days ago but due to flight cancellation, I arrived four days later.

Do you think, I should explain this in a letter ot this doesn't matter as the gap is of for 4 days only. Seniors please suggest.

write a good explaination letter attach ur flight tickets with cancellation it should be ok..but have some extra days

Thanks, I have completed almost 16 month, so I have well crossed 12 months limit. Do you still think, I need to put letter of explanation.

A letter won't hurt. You have enough experience for sure, just tell them whatever might
be good to know about your application/situation.

No letter wont be needed....in that case...
all they check is ur workpermit starting date n end date and that your
exp of 1 year should be in this range. if ur 16 month exp is between it you are good to go...

Submit Reference letter dont submit pay stubs they are not needed. it will confuse them
