Hey all,
I entered Canada in 2018 with old passport having DOB 08/10/1993. My study permit also have the same DOB. Since my passport expiry date was near , then i applied for new passport. But my new passport have a slight change in DOB 05/10/1993 because of mismatch of documents from my home country.
Now I am applying for PGWP with new passport. New passport have DOB 05/10/1993 while study permit have DOB 08/10/1993. Will it create an issue for PGWP? If yes what should i do?

Do you still have the old passport and able to copy the BIO page ? You say mismatch of documents , which documents ?

Yes, I still have my old passport.
DOB mismatch is from ID card of my home country.

Include copies of everything and a full explanation. If the new passport is incorrect, you really should sort that out and get it re-issued with the correct DOB.

I will add all documents and a letter of explanation as well. DOB was wrong on my old passport. It's correct on new one.
Can they reject my application for PGWP because of this?

If you fully explain and document it, your app won't be rejected.
