Date of Awarded Degree in WEC Form

Hello,
I have made typo mistake in Year of Awarded Degree (I have kept 10/1/2003 instead of 25/1/2003)
but my Institution has kept an actual date in an Authorized section of WES Transcript Form.

Can you please help me do I need to correct it ? OR can I send documents for evaluation?

As per instruction from WES. Internation Transcript Request form should be placed in the envelope.
