Date format on the employer reference letter

Hi guys,
My employer letter is dated 07/02/2013 in mm/dd/yyyy format. I have already submitted this letter to CIC along with my application package. I am wondering if there is a possibility that the officer would consider the date as in dd/mm/yyyy format. If yes, then I will fall short of one year experience.

My questions:
1. Do you think I should submit another (latest) letter with date format like Sep 20, 2013 just to avoid any confusion?
2. If answer to the above question is yes, will CIC consider the new reference letter after sending AOR?

Given the importance of the reference letter, I don't want to take any chance. Please respond with your suggestions, thanks!

Did you submit any other supporting document that shows you have worked more than one year (for example, pay slips)? For example, if you submitted pay slips from June, then it's clear that the date is July 2nd.

Yeah, I did submit my payslips till the month of June 2013. Thanks cecbear, that makes sense!
