Date Error in IMM5257

Hi Everyone, I'm facing a strange issue while filling up the IMM5257 form. In the form, under the Education and Employment sections, we need to enter the 'FROM' date and 'TO' date. Just like other online forms, the 'TO' date cannot be less than the 'FROM' date. But even when I'm entering the dates correctly, the form is not allowing me to Validate and gives the below error-

To Date:

To Date cannot be less than From Date

Under the From Date - I had put 1972 (as YYYY) and 09 (as MM)
Under the To Date - I had put 1974 (as YYYY) and 03 (as MM)

I believe I've entered the dates correctly. Still the above error. It could be because of the faulty IMM5257 form. Can someone please share the latest IMM5257 form. Please help.

Google the form and download it.

Sometimes the validation gets "confused" if you validate too much... so if that happens start from scratch... it is better to do so.

If the month is between Jan to Sep, do not type 0 before the month number, then you should be all good.
