Date by hand ?

Date to be written by hand or typed in pdf???

Almost made two mistakes:
1. Credit card should be valid for 9 months - CC info I gave was expiring 07/14 ;D
2. IMM 0008 I had was old one (07/13) - Luckily I saw that and downloaded the new IMM0008 (November 2013) ;D

Type it on your computer if you can, if that, for whatever reason, doesn't work fill it out by hand.
